Osteoarthritis can cause pain and discomfort. But luckily there are treatments available. As well as antiinflammatory medications, there are also injections which can help repair the joint cartilage as well as further reducing pain and inflammation. During the colder months, it is common to give a repeat course of these injections as this is when arthritis can flare up.
